Give Sweatshops the Boot Vol 1 is a benefit compilation for the Punks Against Sweatshops campaign. Since the launch in May 2019 bands from around the world have been signing up to kick sweatshops out of the global punk scene and source band T-shirts ethically.

This campaign isn’t about calling out people over the T-shirts they wear, but aims to get people thinking and talking about one issue that is often overlooked or ignored in the punk scene – sweatshops. While our songs sing about social justice our band merch is often made in conditions of modern slavery. It's time for that to change.

This album is so good. i remember in 83 at Palikao in squat at Paris in live with D and V and "Berurier Noir" good french band...Excellent concert.. so for me Subhumans comme Crass, Dirt, flux, conflict....grands groupes. vive l'alternative.
